194. Studying at Harvard

August 19, 2012

An opportunity to study at Harvard was not difficult to come by and anyone who wants that experience can enroll for a professional development programme. I saved a couple of thousand dollars and got myself admitted into a two-day programme. It indeed is expensive but some things in life come at a a price.

While the course I undertook was more of a refresher the learning environment, a chance to learn with 15 other people from different continents in one of the world’s finest universities is worth every penny. In addition to experiencing life in the renowned university town one also gets to walk on the paths of great leaders, inventors and personalities.

A must visit around the campus is Harvard Square. The Charles river separates Cambridge from Boston. The buildings that house the Kennedy School of Government, the Harvard Business School and the yard which has a statue of John Harvard are all within walking distance.

Feels good to have a certificate from Harvard…
